PRICING

• My aim is to be transparent and keep things simple. You pay me after the work is done and when you are happy.

• I charge £35ph to visit you (within 15 miles) which includes the first hour and will charge in half-hourly increments thereafter. I would consider travelling further with an agreed mileage allowance.

• Remotely working on your computer may also be possible at the same hourly rate.

• I am happy to quote for specific work, just ask.

• I am willing to remotely look at your computer set up to discuss and advise on an appropriate course of action.

• If you require me to purchase any hardware or software, I will just charge for my time including any installation time.

• I don’t add VAT to my bills because I am not registered for VAT.

• You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. I provide invoices and receipts for any purchases.
